Our Mental Health Service supports individuals and families facing mental health challenges, including those experiencing financial hardship, homelessness, or disability. It is designed to provide accessible, affordable, and effective care for anyone seeking to improve their mental well-being.

What It Provides

  • Affordable Counselling: High-quality mental health support with subsidised costs for low-income individuals and families, ensuring accessibility for all.
  • Trauma-Informed Care: Compassionate, personalised support for those navigating complex trauma or life challenges.
  • Family-Centred Programs: Resources and guidance tailored to strengthen family relationships and build resilience.
  • Integrated Support Services: Access to basic needs assistance, peer-led advocacy, and community programs designed to enhance mental wellness.
  • Workshops and Groups: Education and support sessions aimed at improving emotional health and fostering connections within the community.
