Who It Serves

Our Family Support Services assist families facing challenges such as financial hardship, mental health concerns, disability-related needs, and housing instability. The program focuses on empowering families to overcome obstacles and create stable, nurturing environments for their loved ones.

What It Provides

  • Counselling and Emotional Support: Trauma-informed and family-centred counselling to help families navigate mental health challenges and strengthen relationships.
  • Practical Assistance: Access to resources such as housing referrals, financial guidance, and support for accessing government and community programs.
  • Crisis Support: Immediate intervention and guidance for families experiencing urgent challenges or unexpected life events.
  • Peer Advocacy and Mentorship: Connection to individuals who have overcome similar struggles and can provide understanding and guidance.

How to Apply or Participate

  • For Families in Need: Reach out to us to schedule a confidential consultation and learn how we can assist your family.
  • For Community Partners: Partner with us to extend resources to more families in need. Contact us to discuss collaboration opportunities.
  • For Supporters: Volunteer to mentor families, donate, or fundraise to support the program.
