• People experiencing homelessness — providing food, essentials, emotional connection, and a consistent, human presence
• People living with disability or mental health challenges — advocating for access, wellbeing, and inclusion
• Mainstream communities — educating schools, businesses, and groups on how to become active allies in building a more inclusive world

Because true change doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens on both sides of the intersection:

• Supporting individuals who face barriers
• And transforming the systems, attitudes, and environments that create them in the first place
